		<description>From my humble opinion and my experience of have participated in human checks of  the quality websites that Google undertakes in regular basics, I would say that the more local you go the better.
local domain and local hosting is a must especially is there is foreign language involved. Do not see any problem with duplicated content as for instance Google knows that you are targeting a different language users. As long as you web comes out matching the local query language and geographical location (different countries speak same languages) User will be happy to see the website and so is Google.</description>
