Hamptons International are a leading estate agent with global offices and presence. The company is known for offering prestige properties both in the UK and abroad. Previously owned by Emaar Properties, the company was acquired by Countrywide Properties in June 2010.
OBAN Objectives
Hamptons International approached OBAN Multilingual to raise their online profile for local websites across multiple markets in order to generate strong search results (SEO & SEM) by driving traffic and conversions. To achieve these goals they asked OBAN to implement SEO campaigns as well as PPC campaigns in multiple local markets across Europe and Asia.

Targeting terms such as “houses for rent” and “London property”, OBAN’s uniquely created profiles have helped Hamptons to first page listings on major search engines including Google. PPC
With regards to the PPC campaign, the cost per conversion target was beaten by half with average CPA (Cost Per Acquisition at less than £16 per lead).

OBAN were tasked with improving Hamptons’ search results within the UAE market. OBAN created strong link-building and online PR campaigns, which have helped in driving a substantial traffic increase to the new site and saw a growth of 86% in organic traffic over a four-month period.
